[ Her lips curl into a smile when she follows Peter's gesture and finds the guy, but she turns her gaze back at the two soon enough. ]

Actually, that reminds me of a question I've been meaning to ask. Doesn't that hood get in the way of your peripheral vision?

[ Kasumi could very well say something along the lines of, I think you were mistaken about who I was making googly eyes at, but okay, she's not looking to stir anything up, so she simply goes with it. ]

[ All the same, she turns toward the bar, leaning over, resting her chin on her hand and unceremoniously tilting her head just right at the asari bartender to catch her attention. It works (and maybe Kasumi threw in a smile and batted her lashes a little, but whatever), and the asari strides on over as Kasumi glances back at Peter and Maya. ]

What do you guys want?

[ Peter orders a beer for himself, then asks the bartender to open a tab for the three of them.

Because there's no way in hell he's also paying for Drax and Rocket's drinks. ]

[ Maya orders something fruit-flavored and neon-colored for herself. Funnily enough, it matches her hair, which she wasn't really expecting, but why the hell not? ]

I wasn't aware you had bartender-summoning powers.

[ Well, what do you know, Kasumi's drink is similarly neon-colored and almost matches the color of her lip markings--so neon-colored, in fact, that it almost looks like it's glowing. An asari cocktail, for sure, and it reminds Kasumi of all the times Shepard's stumbled into port observation to drink with Kasumi. Good times.

At present, she grins at Maya. ]

Like you and your penchant for drinking poured-out glow sticks, for instance? I can't imagine that's particularly healthy.

To be fair, I don't think mine is actually glowing. I haven't worked my way up to glowing drinks yet.

[ He waves to Kasumi's drink. ] I'd like to see how you can manage to crawl through vents once you've had one too many of those. All I'm sayin'.

Too late for Maya, though. [ Another wave, this time to her tattoos. ] She already glows in the dark.

[ She merely rolls her eyes at Peter because this whole glow-in-the-dark thing is far more interesting, anyway. ]

[ In bed. And as another true testament to how unsubtle Kasumi can be when she wants to, she doesn't actually have to say "in bed" to get that much across to the two. She grins against the rim of her glass and takes a sip of her drink, in the meantime. ]
